Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by e-mailing customer.service@dianalindesign.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Google Checkout recently launched "post-purchase order cancellation" which means buyers can click the "Cancel" button on the Order Receipt page within 15 minutes of placing their order. If it's more than 15 minutes, please contact customer.service@dianalindesign.com directly.
