Return Policy:

No refunds or credit will be accepted for returns. If you suspect the product to be defective, please notify customer service department immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a replacement. The same product you ordered will be shipped to you at Diana Lin Design’s expense. Product must be returned to the Diana Lin Design warehouse within 10 calendar days of the arrival of the product. All products must be returned with all of the original components, the original packaging materials, including manuals, and other items. Failure to include all materials will result in additional charges. For return shipment, prepay and insure your package(s) and return them to:
